Our food cart was founded to provide an authentic Japanese hibachi, sushi and ramen that combines traditional techniques with a modern twist. We use only the freshest ingredients and take great care in preparing each dish with precision and attention to detail.

Our menu features a variety of sushi rolls, burritos, bowls, burgers and donuts, and hibachi Japanese grill menus.
