Blanquita's Authentic Mexican Restaurant Blanquita's was established in July of 2005. It is family owned and operated. We serve homemade authentic Mexican cuisine. She prepares everything daily.

Blanca Bustamante is the owner and chef. The platters are traditional from her home in Cuauhtemoc Chihuahua Mexico. Her most popular dishes include: Pork Chile Verde, Enchiladas, Tacos al Pastor, and Chile Colorado. We have daily specials. Come try authentic Mexican food! Hours:
