Are you Steinhoisting with us this Saturday!?
Here are a few helpful hints...

Grip: Closed fist. Thumb may not rest on the top of the handle. The pinky CAN be held outside of the handle.

Arm: Fully extended in front of the torso with the elbow straight. The arm may not rest on the chest.

Leaning backwards a bit is allowed, as long as it's not excessive, and you're not touching walls, tables, chairs, etc.

Test your strength at 5:30 this Saturday! Prizes for the top three men and women winners! 🏆
Bring your past or present Naughty Oak stein, boot or vase to participate.
