I believe her....because I couldn't get out of the kitchen for a few hours, because of all of the food & dessert orders.

We are so lucky to have all of your support each AND everyday.

We prepare each meal as the orders arrive to the kitchen and sometimes we run out of grill and fryer space, so you have to be patient during the craziness!!! And 99% of you are very understanding of that. Which makes our stressful job.....just a little bit better.🙃

All of your kind words, encouragement, hugs, smiles and compliments make our day. Food service is a tough gig.🫣

I also want to say THANK YOU for the gratuity you leave when you pay your bill. This is shared between all my helpers here at Green Gables. And they work hard at their jobs. So, it's like a cherry on top.....to brighten up their day!!

It takes a village to keep a small business going....and our little village.... is top notch!

We all need to rest up..... because Wednesday we open the doors, for the next train load of customers.
