I was offered the opportunity to roast a blend for The Happy Cat here on, Orcas. I wanted to roast a blend that was bright, sweet, and smooth to represent a wonderful duo of young women entrepreneurs. We were nothing but smiles and good vibes during their first roast and packaging day, I sure hope I was able to capture the same vibes these young women bring to our little island community ❤️
