Tea lovers! We have started a self serve tea station at the cafe. We're still setting it up, but you can test it now if you want and give us your feedback.

Thank you all for the words of support this past week. We are open our normal hours the next three days. We will have limited baked goods and coffee choices the next couple of days as we continue to make updates to our space, but we will have lots of great tea drinks and our new breakfast pizzas available starting today.

We would like to share some news with you, please read the whole post. First, we want to extend our heartfelt apologies for our recent 10-day closure and the lack of communication. We faced some significant events in our personal lives, and needed time to reorganize things at the cafe and prepare for the future. We've decided that we will be gradually phasing out and closing The Paisley Cafe.

We have put in our full effort over the past year to build on the unique spot that Ozzie built, but we never quite felt like it was fully ours. So while we may be phasing out The Paisley Cafe, the good news is that we will be phasing in our business, Dirtbag Tea Company, along with all of the ideas we wanted to build on when we first opened our business three years ago.

The next few weeks will be a little different at the cafe than you might be accustomed to, we will be building a new menu (both traditional and vegan), setting up a self serve tea station, adding more tea drinks, a new website and mobile app, and much more.

We cannot express enough gratitude for the unwavering support from you and the Orangevale community this past year. We are confident that the changes we are making will create a space and experience that we are truly proud of, and that you will love.

Thank you for being a part of our journey. We look forward to welcoming you to the Dirtbag Tea Company and sharing this new chapter with you. We will be open again starting tomorrow.

We're working on a breakfast pizza for a special menu. Made with a soft buttermilk biscuit dough, house sausage gravy, and mozzarella. Top: Candied bacon, spicy syrup, steamed egg, and chives. Bottom: vegan bacon, tofu eggs, spicy syrup, and chives. Let is know what you think!
