The Sweet Spot The Sweet Spot is a dessert pop-up shop. I create unique desserts using local ingredients and love! I'm Katie Scott and I'm the proud creator of the Sweet Spot.

I'm an award-winning chef, representing MUSC at the Taste of Charleston and the Cooking Well Invitational in 2015 and 2016. Since leaving the corporate food & beverage world, I've always wanted to branch out on my own and offer up sweet favorites with my own little twist! This is a farm-to-table concept that combines my passion for baking and treats with a cause that's always been important to me,

which is supporting our local farmers and community. Every week I will whip up 4-5 different types of desserts and baked goods that incorporate locally sourced ingredients. The location will vary during the week since I will migrate between different markets but I will always post when and where you can find The Sweet Spot and what I will be selling that day.
