Because Donna and I are up early every morning to bring great West Coast Flavors to all of our friends and clients, we get to see some awesome sunrises: like this one on Chapman Avenue in East Orange. You never know when or where you'll next witness nature's beauty. Pass it along when you do.

Just found out that two of our friends were in Paris during the shooting spree. Good news times two: they returned unharmed and they will be visiting Paris again next year. Don't let terrorism ruin your life. Demand that our leaders step up their game in battling this type of violence.
