Unfortunately with the weather event yesterday, the schools and daycares are still closed and several crew members are still without power. This means we will not have the required staffing to open today (Wednesday) again. We are hoping things return to normal tomorrow so we can get back to serving all of you. Be on the lookout for tomorrow’s post. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Due to the area wide school and daycare closures 75% of our staff are unable to make it to work today. For this reason, we will not be able to open today (Tuesday). We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are hoping and expecting to be back to open tomorrow (Wednesday).

We are open today (Sunday) so skip the chain restaurants and support some local homegrown restaurant concepts. We have fresh, made-to-order, products so the quality of food will far exceed the big box brands. If you haven’t had a chance to try us, make today the day. We also have plenty of packaged item flavors to choose from. All of our sausages and boudins are produced in house so come taste what local producers can do for you.

Anyone out there looking for employment?

We are continuing to search to build out our team so we can open up in the afternoons. We are hiring for a Shift Lead, Cashier, and a Cook. Day shifts and afternoon shifts both have open availability once we get a team assembled.

Applicants must be responsible and want to show up for their scheduled shift. Advancement opportunities are available for the right people. If you are even looking for a part time job for a couple days a week, we would be interested in talking with you.

We are accepting walk in interviews after 1pm every day this week. If you need to schedule a time to set up an interview instead, call 409-920-4028.
