We know y’all probably came here expecting some food pics (and we promise they’re coming 😋), but today, we had to pause and celebrate a major milestone for our business.

Yes, we’re in the food game—but from day one, this journey has always been bigger than a food truck or a brick-and-mortar. For the past year, we’ve been quietly building something bigger: an infrastructure rooted in legacy, purpose, and the foundation of generational wealth.

To all our fellow business owners and dream chasers, we know that building a brand is TOUGH. It requires sacrifice, tenacity, and discipline. We know that many of you have probably cried plenty of tears and suffered sleepless nights. And all of that is ok, as long as you keep going. Everyday if you do the smallest task towards moving your dream forward, it’s progression. One day you will look back and those tears of pain will turn to tears of joy.

We’ve been playing in the kitchen again...
Tell us what y’all think about this: a grit casserole served with honey butter salmon bites.
The grit casserole has cheese, sausage and collard greens. YES, collard greens! lol. And the salmon bites are lightly floured and fried, then drizzled in a honey butter.
It’s SO Southern and is the perfect balance of sweet and savory.
