At Master Joe's Sushi Restaurant in Orange Beach, Joe Ou and Chen Lee combine their Japanese training with American ingredients. A downtown Fairhope favorite since 2009, Master Joe's fine Sushi and Asian cuisine is now open in Orange Beach. A trip to the beach from Fairhope sparked the idea for an authentic sushi bar in Orange Beach, located on Canal Road in the building that once housed the long-time Fish Camp and more recently Captain Kendall’s Gulf Gate.
