Four favorites back in the menu this week, one of them named after a cake your aunt won’t say out loud at dinner. (SEPT 18 - SEPT 24)

🎭 BROADWAY BISCOFF CHEESECAKE - Cinnamon Biscoff dough rolled in crushed Biscoff with a soft cheesecake center, finished with cheesecake frosting and tart raspberry. Served warm. Biscoff outside, cheesecake in the middle.

🥥 ALMOND JOY - Fudgy chocolate dough with milk chocolate chips and chopped almonds, topped with sweet coconut, melted milk chocolate, and three whole almonds. Served warm. Coconut and chocolate on top, almonds all the way through.

🏕️ PB CUP S’MORE - Chocolate graham dough packed with peanut butter cups and mini marshmallows, stuffed with a whole marshmallow and baked on half a graham cracker. Served warm. The marshmallow in the middle is a whole one.

🍮 BETTER THAN ### (CHILLED) - Soft chocolate cookie soaked in caramel, piped with whipped cream, and finished with toffee bits and a caramel drizzle. You know the cake. This is the cookie.

🍫 STUFFED COOKIES ‘N CREAM (Monthly Craving) - Brown sugar dough with crushed Oreo, a whole Oreo in the middle, and white chocolate drizzle. At this point it lives here.

🍪 CRAVE CHOCOLATE CHIP - The OG. Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips in our signature dough, fresh-baked daily. Still the constant in a rotating universe.

🥐 CAMPFIRE CROOKIE (LIMITED TIME) - Flaky croissant layered with chocolate cookie dough, toasted marshmallow, and caramel drizzle. Still available this week.

🥜 BUCKEYE BROWNIE - Cocoa brownie dough with milk chocolate and semi-sweet chips, topped with creamy peanut butter spread and melted milk chocolate. Served warm. Peanut butter spread goes edge to edge.

🌀 THE BISCADOODLE - Cinnamon snickerdoodle dough with Biscoff cookie butter and crushed Biscoff cookies, rolled in cinnamon sugar and topped with Biscoff spread and more crushed Biscoff. Served warm. Cinnamon sugar and Biscoff in every layer.

🤍 CHOCO CARAMEL BLONDIE - Brown sugar blondie dough with white chocolate chips and caramel bits, topped with white chocolate drizzle and caramel drizzle. Served warm. White chocolate and caramel on top.

🫐 BLUEBERRY SOUR CREAM (CHILLED) - Chilled sugar cookie with a blueberry sour cream layer made with cream cheese, sour cream, and blueberry pie filling, plus half a graham cracker, piped whipped cream, and streusel. Chilled with whipped cream and streusel on top.

🥜 PEANUT BUTTER BROOKIE - Fudgy brownie dough with Butterfinger, Reese’s peanut butter chips, and warm peanut butter drizzle. Half brownie, half cookie, all peanut butter.

🍎 CARAMEL APPLE PIE - Brown sugar oat dough with cinnamon apple filling, a soft caramel center, and brown sugar streusel. Apple pie you can eat with one hand.

🧁 HOSTESS CUPCAKE (CHILLED) - Chocolate dough with marshmallow fluff, layered milk chocolate, and the white squiggle on top. Gas station snack turned deep-dish cookie.

Six Cookies. Six very good reasons to treat yourself this week only (AUG 28 - SEP 3) 🍪

✨GOLDEN CHURREO - Cinnamon sugar dough with Golden Oreo chunks, cream-filled center, rolled in cinnamon sugar, topped with more Golden Oreo and a cream cheese glaze. They didn’t ask to be here but they’re staying.

🧁CRAVE CUPCAKE (CHILLED) - Vanilla sugar dough with rainbow sprinkles, pressed in sugar, cake batter cream cheese frosting piped on top, and more sprinkles. Served cold. The sprinkles are baked into the dough. The ones on the frosting are just showing off.

🐢CHOCOLATE TURTLE - Brown sugar dough with praline pecans, chocolate chips, caramel bits, and a caramel center, covered edge to edge in melted milk chocolate. If you’ve had a turtle candy, you know where this is going. We just made it bigger.

🥜THE SCOTCHEROOKIE - Peanut butter dough with butterscotch chips, milk chocolate chips, Reese’s peanut butter chips, and crispy rice cereal, stuffed with a whole marshmallow crispy rice treat. There is a whole marshmallow treat sealed in the center. The recipe kept going after that.

🔥 COOKIES ‘N CARAMEL - Signature dough packed with crushed Oreos and a whole Oreo, warm caramel center that pulls, caramel drizzle. A whole Oreo inside. Not crumbs. The caramel comes with it when you pull.

🥜 PEANUT BUTTER PIE (CHILLED + NEW) - Chilled fudgy chocolate base under cool peanut butter mousse, striped with peanut butter and chocolate drizzle. This one lives in the fridge and doesn’t apologize for it.

🍫 BROOKLYN BLACKOUT BROWNIE - Warm, dark cocoa cookie, fudgy and gooey through the center with triple chocolate, dusted in powdered sugar. The center gives up on holding itself together and honestly, same.

🍋 LEMON RASPBERRY BEIGNET - Soft lemon cream-cheese cookie with tart raspberries folded in, rolled in powdered sugar, bright and tangy. The one your friend who “doesn’t usually go for fruit flavors” finishes first.

🥜 FLUFFER NUTTER BUTTER - Peanut butter dough with Nutter Butter cookies, marshmallow, and peanut butter chips. If peanut butter had a vision board, this is it.

🔥 BISCOFF S’MORE (Monthly Craving) - Biscoff dough with white chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and Biscoff drizzle. At this point it lives here.

🍫 TRIPLE CHOCOLATE TOFFEE - Dark chocolate dough with milk and white chocolate, toffee bits, and powdered sugar. Three chocolates felt like enough. Then the toffee showed up.

🍋 KEY LIME PIE (CHILLED) - Graham cracker sugar cookie with key lime cream cheese topping, crushed graham cracker, and lime zest. Served cold. On purpose. August needed this.

🍬 TWIX BROWNIE (NEW) - Brownie dough with chopped Twix, caramel bits, shortbread crumble, and a caramel drizzle. A candy bar rebuilt as a deep-dish brownie cookie.

🍫 THE BUENO - Vanilla dough with milk chocolate, Kinder Bueno pieces, and a White Nutella drizzle. Europe’s favorite candy bar gets the deep-dish treatment.

🥜 THE PARENT TRAP - Oreo dough with a whole Oreo, a melted peanut butter center, and a pb drizzle. Two classics separated at birth, reunited in one cookie.
