A baby shower cake for one of our absolute favorite clients for nearly a decade! We have been working with this client for so long that they truly feel like family! Their cakes rival my own children’s cakes. We feel honored to have been present for so many milestone celebrations. Clint and Jackie (Beth and Davo) we love you guys so much!! This cake was insane! Flooded Timber Duck Hunting themed cake. Working lights were installed in the “water”. The “water” was made from scratch gelatin that was tinted and had to be poured in layers, then refrigerated between applications. Just for fun I measured wrong and couldn’t get the entire cake board into the shop refrigerator. Had to improvise at 2am to get it to set properly. This is the most trees we have made at once. Our Groom and his hunting dog were the center pieces. Loved the challenge of this one!!!

Hand painted Swiss Meringue Buttercream florals done with oil paint pallet knives! LOVE how this one turned out. At 3 feet in height, it was so tall there was less than 1/2” clearance in the back of the delivery vehicle!!!
