We have lost our Mangos!! We have produced all sorts of mango based sorbet and gelato for you to try. From mild (Mangos & cream gelato) to wild (toasted coconut mango daiquiri sorbet) and several in between…. Scratch made for your enjoyment in our Cambridge Square, Tennessee location. Ooltewah’s only scratch made frozen dessert….have an idea for a flavor? Let us know.

Come enjoy the strawberries this weekend

We have been hard at work prepping for the 3rd annual Ooltewah Strawberry Festival at Cambridge Square, Tennessee featuring smithperryberries from aubie_smith_farms here in Ooltewah.

We have created 10 delicious (& good looking) donuts that make use of fresh strawberries for the event. Our case will have 2 full trays of these offerings this Saturday & Sunday (May 16/17).

On the Tasty Scoops and Sweets side we have produced 9 different strawberry based gelato flavors and 6 sorbets, including sugar free and vegan!

Make plans to visit cambridgesquaretn this weekend and enjoy all things strawberry.

Our gelato takes 3 days to create..
We start with milk, cream & 3 different types of sugar when making our base…which is pasteurized then mixed & aged for at least 18 hours for complete absorption.
Next we add our flavorings - fresh fruits, melted chocolates, cookies, etc. & once again we mix and age. This time for at least 12 hours.
Finally on day 3 we can freeze and put in our display case for you to enjoy.

It is not the easy or quick way, it is the traditional Italian method and we believe it comes through in good taste and texture with each bite.
