As Independence Day approaches, residents are reminded that all fireworks, including “Safe and Sane” fireworks, are illegal to possess, use, or sell within Eastvale per Section 8.22 of the Municipal Code.

To protect our community, fire and police can seize fireworks, and violations may result in fines ranging from $1,000 to $5,000. Individuals may also be held responsible for costs related to seizures or fire damage.

To report illegal fireworks, contact the Riverside County Sheriff's Department at (800) 950-2444 or use the online report form at www.riversidesheriff.org/FormCenter/Crime-6/Fireworks-Report-Form-96, available on the City’s website under the "I Want to" tab.

🚧 Community Update 🚧

Beginning June 1, demolition work will begin on the exterior concrete walls at the site. Residents and nearby businesses may experience elevated noise levels as crews safely remove and disassemble the wall sections.

Work is expected to take place for up to 12 hours per day over the next two weeks.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as the property owner and the City work together to address site conditions as safely and efficiently as possible.
