bara, Gregory and Maggie. Joe got his start cooking over 25 years ago with a concrete block pit he built himself in the back yard. Since then, he has mastered the art of barbeque and now cooks on a custom built 21 ft. catering trailer that features two chicken cookers, beef pit cooker, cutting station and hot box. Joe's business partner, Jeanene Higbie, is also a native of Otsego County having grown up in nearby Wells Bridge. Jeanene brings a wealth of experience to the business having worked for more than 40 years in the food and beverage industry including restaurants and catering.
