July has been off to a pretty busy start and today we received two 5 star reviews! We love being a healthy option in Oneonta and take pride in every smoothie, smoothie bowl, and food item we make. Love this time of year! Highly recommend checking out local spots to grab fresh produce, and at some places you can even pick your own! Middlefield Orchard is awesome. And Paradise Blueberries will be opening soon too 🤩

Real watermelon, lemon, strawberry, agave, and coconut milk.

Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie Bowl-
Base of strawberry, banana, and a splash of oat milk. Topped with fresh strawberries, shortcake crumble, and a house made sweet cream drizzle *contains almonds*

Vegan Caesar Salad-
Romaine and spinach, avocado, red onion, air fried chickpeas, grilled tofu, house made cashew based "parmesan" crumble and house made vegan caesar dressing.
