New dish - dog treats.

This is one way we use all of our animal parts, specifically for our ducks. Usually we use the bones for a duck bone demi glace, but since we aren't running a dish with that sauce right now, we needed to get a little more creative. We have been saving all the necks from breaking down ducks, then dehydrating them over the course of a couple of days. What's left is a tasty little treat for your favorite pooch. Next time you're in, grab one for your doggo!
