New menu, well actually - we made menu changes a little while ago but never posted those menu changes because sometimes life gets away from us. Please forgive us. So there's a lot to drink in here, and we're pretty excited about all of it!

Chicken and waffles, meet nashville hot chicken.

Buttermilk griddle cake, maple whipped butter with local maple from , fried half chicken dunked in house made chili oil, then topped with more of that golden goodness from mill hollow maple. Served with pickled green beans so you don't feel too bad about yourself when you absolutely crush this alone.

Crunchy, spicy, sweet, savory, spicy again, eat a pickle.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of serving experience in a full service restaurant setting, have a basic understanding of steps of service, and a passion for hospitality. Roasted eggplant appetizer

Wood-fired eggplant, plated over a key-lime whipped yogurt, topped with za'atar spiced peanut and pistachio gremolata. Really simple, really delicious. Vegetarians rejoice!

"An ounce of sauce covers a multitude of sins" - a great quote from Anthony Bourdain that truly pertains to our next wine dinner. On March 19th we will be joined by none other than as we rediscover the basis of something we all know and love, sauce - more specifically, the five mother sauces of classic French cuisine. Tickets for this 5 course wine dinner will cost $85 per person, plus tax and tip. Seats are super limited, please call the restaurant to reserve your spots! These are always such a fun event, and having with us to guide each course with a very special wine pairing, makes the evening that much more special.

To sum it up:
5 course wine dinner, theme is the five mother sauces
Tickets are $85 plus tax and tip

This is the cottage pie. Local beef, mirepoix, and sweet peas all held together with a beef bone broth gravy and topped with cheesy mashed potato. Finished in the wood-fired oven for all the crispy bit goodness!
