We recently created this amazing breakfast grazing table. Some of the baddies featured were, strawberry Nutella bites, mini avocado toast with Everything bagel seasoning, mixed grape cones, assorted muffins, scones, pastries, organic hibiscus tea, infused water, and a yummy gluten free section. Hey Trailblazers! So much happening at Off the Trail. We are loving this new partnership with Third Space Green Bay, Inc. What's more, we love seeing OTT CEO ,Jamie, in her groove and sharing her knowledge and expertise. She loves teaching people how to make these yummy treats while sharing cultural knowledge. Check it out!

During this month’s Third Thursday, we’ll explore the significance of Strawberry Celebration with Jamie Betters at Off the Trail and make space for reflection, learning, and shared wisdom.

Reminder: 10:30 am delayed opening today, 6/9/26
Trailblazers, we are incredibly thankful for YOU and wanted to share our deepest and most sincere gratitude for all of your support. We know that it's not convenient when we have to shut down because of a large or multiple catering orders, or maybe our supply order hasn't arrived.
As a small business, we have found that we must pivot at times to adjust to the amount of work that comes in. This is a good thing, but it also means we have to make a choice to close the front down while the kitchen still operates.
To make up for any inconvenience today's delayed open may cause you, we are having a pop-up CORN SOUP and BISON CHILI sale.
Bowls and quarts will be available.
***Remember, first come first serve and we will run out of soup if you don't get here in time. Please be patient with our staff if that is the case. They are here helping our little business grow.
