It's fun to do collaborations ... it's even more fun to do collaborations that include family!

This last round of english muffins that chef baked off for Sweet Corn days were rolled in h**p hearts sourced from Cheyannes' family at Wyoming H**p Co instead of the traditional corn meal.

H**p hearts are considered a nutritional powerhouse and we can't wait to find a home for them more permanently on the next menu.

We're so grateful for the connections and relationships we've built since growing and starting All in Thyme and we love to show our appreciation... so sometimes we make specialty items!

For example, here are some surprise cinnamon rolls we made for Annette and her family this week! Thank you for being weekly supporters consistently since day one and bringing such joy with every visit.

It's sweet corn days on the farm! One of our favorite times year of the is when sweet corn is ready for harvest. So we're throwing an elote on the special board for this week with some local sweet corn from The Miller Dohrmann Farm!

The best part? YOU can be involved - this Sunday the farm is hosting their annual Sweet Corn Days! We'll be slinging not only fresh bread but also our in-house jams, whipped butter, and our ever popular in-house chili crisp! Corner kitchen will be there as well slinging their own elote's, so it's sure to be a party!

A little All in Thyme update... we're excited to share that Logan has stepped into the role of Sous Chef!

Since joining the team, Logan has brought a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a continued passion for learning and growing. As All in Thyme continues to grow, we're excited to have him helping lead the kitchen alongside Chef Andrew.
