We heard your requests and it is back in the case. 🫐 Ooey Gooey Blue St. Louis 🫐 Made from scratch, our St. Louis style Ooey Gooey Butter Cake, is well, just that - ooey, gooey, dense, rich, sweet, and buttery! A cream cheese ice cream is the canvas for this masterpiece, as it’s loaded with the Ooey Gooey Butter Cake and then swirled with delightfully, slow-simmered blueberry compote.

Rib Roast takes center stage for me. It really is like a symphony—the marbling, it’s character, and depth of flavor. I’d choose it a thousand times over. I’ve fabricated it, grilled it in various forms— ribeye steak, cowboy steak, rib steak, back ribs… I grew up watching my dad do it, from slaughtering process the to the grill in our family bar. It’s nostalgic and as a chef, therapeutic.

I’m always impressed with very flavorful food, but what brings it home for me is ‘warmth’. I’ve missed grilling, and that’s ok. Growth is good. One of the last few plates made before my current journey. I look forward to more great things. ☺️

Dad’s day would be phenomenal with a .

Get their warm charcuterie board & extra fire-baked focaccia with house made ricotta, raw honey & truffle oil 😭🤤. Next level & a complete game changer. It’s so buttery, chewy on the outside with a bit of a pull biting in. But the fluffy center —I’d trade a kidney for it. IT’S THAT GOOD. In this lifetime as a chef I’ve NEVER tasted bread that didn’t need additional butter. It was a complete explosion of awesomeness in my mouth. I didn’t know what to keep eating, the focaccia or other warm meat and cheese accompaniments. Oh, btw the raspberry jalapeño jam🌶 was extraordinary!!

You know what, I’m done. Just go shower. If anyone tells you otherwise, go ahead—cancel them 🙄. I know what’s best for you 🤣😂. You’re welcome ☺️. Also, pro tip go during happy hour. You’d save some major coins 🪙. If anyone has to use that many emojis to describe something, it’s obviously worth it. 😌
