Dry Aged Steakhouse Meatloaf made with house ground Certified Angus Beef, dry aged beef and bacon. Call this a hug on a plate!

Join us Wednesday, October 14th from 6–8pm for Ales for Tails benefiting the Nebraska Humane Society !

Tickets are $20 and include two drink tickets. We’ll have food available, raffles with some great prizes and a patio full of fellow animal lovers, all supporting the animals at NHS.

There’s a reason dry-aged steak tastes different.

We dry-age our beef right here in house, giving it weeks in a carefully controlled environment where time does the work. As moisture leaves the beef, the flavor becomes more concentrated, while natural enzymes slowly tenderize the meat.

That’s where the deeper, richer flavor comes from. A little nutty, buttery and incredibly savory, with a tenderness you don’t get from a standard steak.

It takes time, precision and a lot of patience. But the taste is why it’s worth it. 🥩

We’re a chef-driven kitchen working with scratch cooking, steaks, seafood, dry-aged beef, banquets and more. We’re looking for people who know their way around a busy kitchen, take pride in putting out great food and show up ready to work as part of a strong team.

Professional line-cook or high-volume kitchen experience is preferred. Night and weekend availability is needed.
