Join us this Friday, June 26 for a four-course dinner in partnership with Sideshow Spirits featuring whiskey pairings alongside a menu built around our dry-aged program.

The evening includes:
• Reception: Dry-Aged Beef Fat Candle + Old Fashioned welcome taste
• First Course: Dry-Aged Beef Tartare
• Second Course: Charred Bone Marrow & Short Rib Toast
• Third Course: Dry-Aged Whiskey-Peach Glazed Pork Belly
• Fourth Course: 45-Day Dry-Aged Ribeye

Arrival begins at 5:00 PM with dinner at 5:30 PM.

$100 per person plus tax and gratuity.

We made ours with a sweet chili Bloody Mary base and pickle-infused vodka, then topped with:
