Midway BBQ Shack All about the Smoked Meat- We smoke our Pork and Beef Brisket over a low heat for at least 12 hours with seasoned applewood.

Our pulled smoked meats come out with a sweet and tender flavor that is unique to this area. We also smoke other meats such as Chicken, turkey, ham, beef brisket, pork chops, and fish. We serve sandwiches or as dinner entrees, and speciality pizzas. Also check out our special delectable desserts! You can take the food home as carry out, use our drive thru, or dine in our heated and air conditioned dining area in a picnic style atmosphere.
