My love for baking started at a very young age in my grandmother's and my mother's kitchens. Their sweets and the time we spent together making them have become some of my favorite childhood memories. When I am in my kitchen baking I tend to get carried away. It is not uncommon for me to bake up 2 or 3 (or more) different things in one night. Therefore, the name of my business not only includes my name (Carrie D.) but also describes my kitchen personality. For me, inspiration can be found everywhere: family and friends, food blogs, Pinterest, food I eat, food I want to eat, and random ingredients I find at the grocery store. I enjoy making recipes that I have made a hundred times over as well as trying and creating new ones. My professional mission is to use my talents to provide high-quality, satisfying, splurge worthy desserts and baked goods for my customers.
