At Rebel Rise GF Bistro & Bakery we’re opening our equipped, dedicated gluten-free kitchen to food entrepreneurs who need the space and support to take their next step.

More than a kitchen—a place to build your business.

You’ll have opportunities to get on delivery platforms, purchase ingredients at a discount, sell products from our retail space and host your own weekend dinner events.

• Two daytime spaces available
• Evening rentals: Sunday–Thursday, 5–10 p.m.
• Overnight production memberships
• Hourly kitchen rentals
• Food truck commissary arrangements

Our mission is 24/7 access to safe food. By sharing our space with passionate food makers, we can work toward that vision together—bringing more choices to our community while helping you grow your own business.

You don’t have to be an already established gluten-free brand. All ingredients and production must meet our gluten-free kitchen standards.

Professional equipment to help you produce more:

• Baxter rotating rack oven for larger baking batches
• Walk-in proofer
• Commercial double ovens with full-sheet capacity
• 40-quart mixers and 3 20-quart mixer
• Eight prep tables for production and packaging
• Refrigeration and freezer storage

Equipment access is scheduled around shared production needs, with storage allocated by rental agreement.

Everyone deserves a place at the table. There’s room for your dream here, too.

Growing up, stopping by the bagel shop was such a normal part of life. I can still remember that smell, the warm bagels, and picking out what I wanted.

After going gluten free, that became one of those things I just learned to live without. And the gluten-free options that are available, they never really felt the same.

So we kept testing.

This is the bagel I remember.

Chewy on the outside. Soft inside.
The texture, flavor, the bite I have been missing for years.

Except now, it's gluten free and safe for us.

We’ve been quietly testing, baking, tweaking and creating more of the foods you’ve been missing.

Because being gluten-free shouldn’t mean settling for “close enough.”

It should mean being able to eat the bagel.
Wrap up the tortilla.
Pull apart a flaky croissant.

And for a very limited test release, we’re finally letting you try what we’ve been working on:
