We’d say you guys understood the assignment. A+ 📚✏️👏

Thanks to everyone who participated in our Roll for Charity, we were able to turn those funds into ALL of these school supplies for Grace Abbott Elementary!

Crayons, markers, pencils, notebooks, erasers, glue sticks & more - enough to just about fill a 77-gallon tote! 🤯

It’s pretty awesome to see what a bunch of dice rolls can turn into!🎲❤️ Thank you to everyone who played along and helped us give back to kids right here in our community!

And with a new school year kicking off, we’re wishing all the kiddos, teachers & families heading back to school this week the BEST year! ✏️🍎📚

GLUTEN-FREE TAKEOVER IS HAPPENING👏 *Long post, but totally worth the read!*

***EDIT: (We’ve had lots of questions about our fryers and gluten safety for the day! 💚

Before the Gluten-Free Takeover begins, ALL of our fryers will be completely drained, thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed, and refilled with fresh oil. No gluten-containing items will be cooked in any of the fryers that day. We’re taking these extra steps to help prevent cross-contact and make this day as safe as possible for our gluten-free and celiac guests!)

We’ve been working on this one for a while and we are SO excited to finally share it with you!

On Thursday, August 27th, we’re making ALL of our fryers gluten-free for the entire day. That means the fried favorites that aren’t normally available GF are fair game👀

Cheese curds. Onion rings. Fried pickles. Boneless wings. And more. 🤤

AND we picked this day for another pretty exciting reason…

We’re officially launching our BRAND-NEW GLUTEN-FREE MENU! 🎉 Familiar favorites, brand-new options, and even more ways to enjoy OTH gluten-free moving forward!

And because we couldn’t just leave it at that, we’ll have a specialty GF burger + specialty cheese curd flavor available ONLY for the takeover. Basically… come hungry.😂

And come knowing we’re putting the same care into your gluten-free food that we always do - with dedicated gluten-free ingredients, preparation practices, and every fryer gluten-free for the day. 💚

We know how much it matters to feel comfortable and confident when eating out, and we can’t wait to give our gluten-free community a day with SO many more options to choose from.

Starting Wednesday, August 19, we’ll have LIVE MUSIC every Wednesday from 7–9 PM! 🎸🍻

While the weather cooperates, we’ll be out on the patio soaking up those summer evenings. If Mother Nature has other plans, we’ll simply move the music inside!

We’ve got a great lineup to kick things off, but this is just the beginning. We want to make Wednesday nights something everyone looks forward to.

We’re raffling off Boiler Brewing’s 2026 Triple Barrel Caramel Delight - a Boiler Society member-exclusive bottle that isn’t available to the general public.

This incredible Russian Imperial Stout spent 41 months aging through three different barrels:
🥃 Laird’s Apple Brandy Barrel
🥃 11-Year Willett Family Estate Bourbon Barrel
🥃 French Calvados Cask

It’s then conditioned on salted caramel, toasted organic coconut, and raw organic coconut for an over-the-top, dessert-inspired finish.

💲 $15 per ticket
🏆 Winner drawn as soon as all tickets are sold.
