Strawberries 🍓 & Tulips 🌷
This cake was a smaller version of the extra long wedding cake I did a few months ago!
This stunning cake is made of freshly-baked chocolate cake layers and Nik Nak Bakery’s signature tangy, sweet strawberry buttercream. Then topped with freshly-cut strawberries and tulips for a touch of color!

Cake tasting boxes will be available for pick-up on July 11! I also have a few openings for 1 hour consultations if anyone is interested.

America’s birthday is almost here! 🇺🇸

Oh my! What a wonderful wedding to be a part of!
This lovely bride and groom gave Nik Nak Bakery the honor of having our cupcake bouquets be the centerpieces of all of their tables!
It was so important for the details on each on of these bouquets to be immaculate. The bright colors made the entire room feel like the most special room I’ve ever entered. Each bouquet has a dozen hand-piped floral bouquets with scratch-made vanilla bean and chocolate cake with the addition of Nik Nak Bakery’s signature vanilla buttercream.
The large, bright pink peonies were an ode to the bride’s grandmother, which made this project more special. It was truly an honor to be a part of such a wonderful, special day.
