What's for dinner tonight? How about some loaded enchiladas made with Erick's Enchilada's. I made some taco meat and added red enchilada sauce, black olives, green chili's and Black beans with some cheese on top. Of course you need the chips and guacamole with Mama Hoots fiesta dip and salsa! Yummy in your tummy! 😋

In a pinch for a snack or dinner? For me, I grab some corn chips from Erick's Enchilada's along with your choice of salsa from Mama Hoots . My favorite is the fire roasted and make sure and add the fiesta dip. A Jalapeño cut in half and scrapped clean of ribs and seeds. Fill will fiesta dip. Bake until bubbly and crumble some crispy bacon on top! Easy and delicious ! Chips, dip, salsa and Jalapeño popper! 😋

Ask and you shall receive the feta in brine along with plain curds, dill/garlic curds, plain chevre, lemon honey chevre, Halloumi, mild cow Cheddar, salt creek jack cow, cow guada and a few of my favorite, the Graydon blue cheese!
