Hi. Here's a pepperoni pizza we made yesterday. Not an ai pic of something we don't make, nope. We made this and I shot it with my phone like anyone who makes food can do, for free, with less steps than telling ai everything you want it to do.

And the even cooler part: There's plenty more pizza you can order today and you can eat one or six of these. Trust me I eat 4 per week for 7 years now. Look at me, I'm a skinny fella with no current health issues (except maybe losing some hair that's another topic). You can eat 4 per week too. 👌

Love these guys for 26 years now. Thanks for it being on a Tuesday. Awesome set. Straight up awesome.

Also thanks to a new friend Bill, who had a pit ticket half cost. The ticket booth lady was even like "yea do that". Thanks Bill, we saved a few bucks, and a dude wasn't out all his cash. 🤘🤘🤘

Concerts rock. Find some show posters in our pizzeria (didn't see one tonight). Wish we had more. Soon. It's all the vibe.

Finally cooling down a little but my body still feels like I've been blasted by a heat cannon and then beaten to the ground. We've all been working so hard for months now with no break. I think most of the crew is feeling this way.
Which leads me to a schedule update for most of next week. July 27-31: closed (back open 8/1). Vacation time. Must avoid burnout. Must recharge. We all need a little time to relax.

So come see us this week and get the goods! We will have our normal hours this week, along with a take and bake pop up at Full Fledged Brewing on Thursday. Peach pizza in its final week too, come get it before it's gone for a year again!

Even if you're not short or on staff, come hang with our variously sized staff. We have one real big guy, and some other various normal sized people on staff. If size matters we got you on various levels. 👌

Since March I've been just reinvesting every dollar we make back into the biz. Mostly focused on dough, producing more faster. Got me a proofer today! Finally. I think overall I've sped the dough process up from 10 hours and 2 pan times, to 1.5 hrs single pan time and 2 hours proof time. . 🤘
I learn all this as I go. Never trained but always learning. We've been having our best weeks ever let's keep s**t going. 💯🍕❤️

Tomorrow's hours at weird cuz stuff is going on. Saturday hours 2-7pm. Boom.
