Hi friends! We, like just about every other family owned restaurant in 2026, face a nearly never ending set of challenges to keep running on a weekly basis. We have a fantastic staff that we want to afford every opportunity to take time off as needed to live their best lives and will cover for them as much as we can. The key part of a family business is the family part, though, and we effectively haven't seen our 3 children in 3 days due to work.

On top of this all, we walked in this morning to a fridge that is pretty critical to our service well above safe temperature and had to throw away a few hundred dollars in food. Due to all of this, we will be closing at 3pm today after brunch to recover and (hopefully) get a refrigeration tech out tomorrow. We love and appreciate all of our customers and hate to do this but sometimes it's just necessary.

We'll be back in action tomorrow at 3pm with some great new specials for the new week!
