Our family's cooking traditions began four generations ago, when our great grand-parents came to America from the Old Country and settled in Omaha's Little Italy. My father grew up with Ma and Pa and soaked up the great Sicilian food by the spoonful. I grew up steeped in Italian cuisine and culture. My love of great Italian food led me to work at a local pizzeria, where I started to learn the rest

aurant business. Fast forward to 2003 when I got the idea to make a little extra money, so I bought a food trailer to sell a few sausage & pepper sandwiches. Fast forward (again) and here we are in Irvington, NE. With my wife and family and 20+ employees, we are doing our best to bring you the Italian and Sicilian traditions that were handed down from Ma and Pa and countless others. We strive to make each and every order that we serve as delicious as our traditions have taught us, just as if we were serving you in our own home! Tony & Dana
