Y'all, we have been blessed with one last bounty of School House Garden peaches 🙏🏼🍑...not from Georgia, not from Colorado but grown & freshly picked in Waterloo, Nebraska. This is a Peaches & Cream riff featuring local peaches, housemade ricotta, smoky bacon, and pickled Calabrian chilies on a garlic oil base with taleggio and grana padano cheeses. Happy Friday! 🪩🍹🍕🔥

We're so excited to hear that Scoppa Architecture moved their office to the neighborhood. Not only were they our architects, but they also designed our space with such care and thoughtfulness and we are so grateful to them for bringing our little concept to life. FYI! You can recycle if the grease stains are at a minimum. We use a liner that is easily discarded so the box can be recycled better! Shout out to our partners solutions! 🙌🏼

A timeless classic is BACK! Burrata cheese served with locally grown cantaloupe, prosciutto, local basil, with housemade focaccia and 10 yr aged balsamic. We'll run this for the next couple weeks while we have access to these sweet and delicious melons. 🍈🥓🔥
