Hello Omaha.
The rumor mill is churning bigtime today, so I might as well confirm it. Yes. We are closed permenantly. For whatever reason, Mio did not catch fire the way I had hoped. We had scores of raving fans, but just not enough to keep the bills paid.
I appreciate all of you who joined us over the past (nearly) 2 years. It has been, for the most part, a pleasure to reconnect with Omaha in this manner.
I will see you around!

We are having stupid phone issues but are very much open! Reservations are still available on Open Table, or simply show up; we'll find a spot for you!

Hello, Omaha! I hope you are stayin̈g nice and warm this first legit blast of Winter!
Mio Italiano wants to provide you with some "stick to your ribs" goodness.
I am reintroducing Mio for 2 for the duration of January.
2 soups or salads, 2 pasta dishes and a dessert to share for $44.95.
Pastas include Spaghetti and Meatballs, Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken or Tortellini Pesto with Chicken.
Incredible value and a chance to experience Omaha's best kept secret. Come see us for great food and great service!

Thank you Omaha for an amazing New Year's Eve at Mio Italiano! By all accounts, it was a successful evening.
We will be closed on Wednesday, January 1st and Thursday, January 2nd.
Regular hours will resume on Friday, January 3rd at 4pm.
We look forward to serving you in 2025!

Uggh! Mio Italiano is having major cooling issues with our walk-in. There's a fair amount of food that I'm concerned about and will not serve.
We will be closed tonight while I access the damage and I will be replacing everything in time to open tomorrow.
Very sorry, Omaha. We were anxious to see you after the Christmas break.

Holiday hours are as follows:
Tuesday, December 24 11-1 for previously ordered catering orders.
Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Thursday, Dec. 26 - Closed.
Friday, December 27, open at 4p.m.
Tuesday, December 31, open from 4pm to 10 pm.
Wednesday, January 1, and Thursday, January 2, Closed
Friday, January 3, open at 4pm and thereafter, regular hours apply.

The entire MIO famiglia wishes our cherished guests a blessed Thanksgiving Holiday.
The restaurant will be closed Thursday, November 28 AND Friday, November 29th in observance. We will crank it back up on Saturday the 30th.
