Though, I don’t know exactly how to word this, because I’m saving that speech later for the future.
I started making my own Matcha Lattes 🍵🙂 from all the knowledge I picked up on fruits from my many months traveling through out North & South America, as well as tea knowledge from Asia. Especially since my Japanese friends have families that have their own Matcha fields in Uji & Yame, Japan. So seeing the process in Japan on how it’s picked, harvested and made is so unique & tasty, I even broke my caffeine free streak of 15+ years for it. 🥲♥️
Let me introduce you to this Sunday’s special, & the creation I made & named, priced at $11 & this is why.
🌅 Yūyake Matcha Latte 🍵
• Yūyake Matcha Latte is made with a combination of Mango Purée & Organic Strawberry syrup. Our organic strawberries are washed & cleaned correctly with organic baking soda, rinsed 3x, then we start with the process of making in house strawberry syrup, with no added sugars, but natural organic sweeteners. Our Mangos come from Mexico, sweet, creamy and delicious. We use 4 grams of Matcha “ceremonial” is just a marketing word in the west lol but it is first harvest! All of our Matchas are made to order from our bamboo whisk, & made with the proper temperature of water. Our Matcha is more focused on being a balance of Umami flavor & creaminess, it actually comes from my friends farm in Uji, Japan. We also make in house cold foam, which has a sweetness to it, for the added touch of comfort. Even our ice comes from our machines that is cleaned weekly & the ice is made from filtered water. Our choices for milk this Sunday June 7th are Raw Milk, for those who are aware of Raw Milk …. Organic Oak Milk, & Organic Whole Milk That’s Lactose Free.
