Today didn’t go as planned.🌩️💦💨

Just as vendors were finishing setup, a storm rolled through downtown Gretna. Tents were damaged, products were lost. That part makes us feel quite heavy.

But what happened next was a beautiful reminder of what makes this community so special.

Vendors helped vendors clean up. Shoppers who found themselves sheltering inside local businesses jumped in to lend a hand. Downtown businesses came out to assist with cleanup. Neighbors helped neighbors. Strangers helped strangers.

We are incredibly grateful that no one was injured.

Today could have been defined by the storm. Instead, it was defined by the people.

To our vendors, shoppers, downtown businesses, and everyone who stepped up when help was needed—thank you. Your kindness, teamwork, and willingness to help one another was amazing!

We are proud to be part of this community.

Hey everyone we said we would do something next and we have finally got something going! Change of pace, but we are now making turned pens, bowls, boxes, and other fun stuff from wood and acrylic! Follow our new page Vagabond Crafts LLC to see what we are up to. We will be at the Gretna Farmers Market next Saturday June 13th from 8am - 2pm. Hope to see you there!

We may have sold out of oysters, but your other favorite menu items are still available for a little while longer! Hurry in before we close our doors this Saturday, January 17th and enjoy the best of New England right here in Nebraska one last time! Salmon and swordfish are getting low at this time and are likely to sell out soon.

We've had some guests requesting some of our classic mignonette to-go for oysters at home. We do have some remaining mignonette and are happy to provide it on request on a first-come first-served basis WHILE SUPPLIES LAST! Just let us know when you stop in!

📣Only four more days to get all your favorite New England eats!

Our FINAL SERVICE will be this Saturday, January 17th. Hurry in and make sure that you can enjoy your favorite dishes on our menu before they run out! We have limited oysters on hand and will keep serving until we sell out. We do plan to keep our locally famous lobster rolls, soups, and fish and chips available through our final service, but other menu items will phase out as the week continues. We thank you for your understanding as we prepare to close our doors with as little food waste as possible!

Reminder to use those gift cards! We are happy to accept gift cards through our final service this weekend. We hope you can make it in to share a drink and a meal with us one last time!

📣📣📣UPDATED HOURS📣📣📣

As some staff have already moved on to new positions, we will be updating our hours of operation leading up to our FINAL SERVICE next weekend! Starting today, Saturday 1/10, we will be opening at 12:00pm (noon). We thank you for your understanding as we adjust our service hours to ensure proper staffing.

Please also note that our menu offerings will become more limited as we approach our final service next weekend. We take great pride in offering only the highest quality ingredients, and in limiting food waste to the greatest degree possible. Be sure to come visit us before your favorites sell out!

THANK YOU for all of the support! It's been so fun to see so many of you over the last week since we announced our closing date. We hope to see you all again for one last hurrah before our doors close next weekend!
