Jon here with an announcement.

We’ve made the decision to end Blend operations for now. Our last day will be this Sunday 11/20 and we will be open 9 AM - 2 PM Sat & Sun.

For various reasons, Blend never really got the opportunity to be what it was intended to be. The true vision never came to fruition and at the end of the day, we had a lot of things not go our way early on. Opening almost 5 months late put us in a tough spot to begin with and when it comes to small businesses, sometimes that hill just becomes too big to climb.

For now it doesn’t make sense to continue forward as we are. Wonton Jon’s will continue with business as usual on the food truck and will continue all catering operations, so please if you have any catering needs, let us know!

To all who have supported us, we sincerely want to thank you for supporting and believing in us. Whether you placed one order or 20 orders, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

To my team: You all already know how much I love you and appreciate you coming on this ride with me. It breaks my heart that I couldn’t turn it into the success that I had dreamt of. Thank you for believing in me and trusting in me…you are all absolute fu***ng rock stars and I appreciate you more than you could ever imagine. Be proud that we tried and this is absolutely not for lack of effort!

Wonton Jon’s may or may not open back up in the same location serving breakfast burritos. I am mentally and physically exhausted at this point and need a week or two to take a break, reassess and make my next decisions with a clear head and rested body.

There’s a lot I could say, but I can’t stress enough how important it is to support small local businesses. You have no idea how much every single sale that we make means to us.

This was a fantastic learning experience for me and I will come out of this stronger and better for it. This is not goodbye.

I truly appreciate everyone that has supported in any way and would appreciate your continued support if you see us out and about on the truck, come say hi!

They used our group ordering platform and allowed their team to place orders individually through Blend and we delivered it all hot and fresh!

Our group ordering options are amazing for businesses because people are able to order whatever they'd like instead of having to choose one or two options for a large group of people! Everything is made to order...it's not your typical catering!
