Crisp greens and fresh veggies come together in our classic garden salad. Nothing complicated here: just something cool, crisp and fresh alongside all that creamy, cheesy goodness. 😊

🍞 Brioche Rolls
Soft, golden and buttery with just a touch of sweetness, these fluffy brioche rolls are perfect alongside dinner…or if you’re like me, for chasing the last little bit of ranch Parmesan sauce around your plate.

This week’s menu comes courtesy of special requests from several of our customers—and we were more than happy to oblige because this one happens to be a favorite around here, too! 😍

And looking at the whole menu together, we realized we may have accidentally created the perfect dinner for those of us who are technically responsible adults but still firmly believe mac & cheese, buttery bread and Scotcheroos constitute an excellent life choice. 😂

So this week, we’re throwing it back to some of those flavors we loved growing up—just with a little Bliss grown-up treatment. Because apparently adulthood means you can have your nostalgic comfort food and have somebody deliver it directly to your door. Frankly, there should be more perks like that. 😆

🥩🧀🍝 Steak & Cheddar Cavatappi
Mac & cheese got a MASSIVE glow up! Tender bites of seasoned steak are tossed with corkscrew pasta in our rich, creamy sauce, topped with our long-loved buttery crunch topping, and baked until golden and bubbly.

It’s everything we loved about mac & cheese as kids—only now we’ve added loads of good stuff to make it perfect because, frankly, we’re adults and we can! 😂

🥗 Caesar Salad
And because we are, in fact, adults who occasionally remember that green things exist: crisp romaine tossed with creamy Caesar dressing, Parmesan and crunchy croutons. Fresh, tangy and exactly what all that cheesy goodness needs alongside it.

Flaky, golden croissants brushed with sweet honey butter until glossy and delicious. Because butter is good, but honey butter? That’s fabulous. Bring on the Midwest nostalgia! We’re throwing it all the way back to childhood with crispy cereal bars held together with sweet peanut butter goodness and topped with a smooth layer of chocolate and butterscotch.

After weeks of Nebraska deciding we needed a field trip to three exits from the surface of the sun, I walked outside this morning and it was 70 degrees. SEVENTY. 😂

🍁And suddenly, for the first time this year, fall doesn’t just feel like something I’m impatiently waiting for—it feels like it’s actually on its way!

🍎 AppleJack Festival is right around the corner, the orchards in Nebraska City are calling my name, and apparently all it takes is one cool morning for my brain to switch into warm pans of pasta, bubbling cheese, apples, cinnamon, and caramel mode.

🤗So, this week’s Bliss special feels pretty perfectly timed! Cozy, comforting, family-friendly, and just right for our first real little taste of fall.

🍝 Loaded Baked Ziti — Tender ziti pasta tossed with seasoned ground beef and our house Rosa sauce—a delicious combination of our tangy marinara and creamy Alfredo. We layer it with plenty of cheese and bake the whole thing until it’s hot, bubbly, and beautifully golden brown. It’s hearty, cheesy, saucy comfort food and a longtime Bliss favorite for very good reason!

🥗 Garden Salad with Ranch — Fresh, crisp romaine with cucumbers, tomatoes, and colorful veggies, served with our creamy, scratch-made Buttermilk Ranch dressing. A cool, fresh side to balance out all that warm, cheesy goodness!

🌻We’re in that funny little stretch of the year where it’s still summer outside, but I’m starting to think about fall food. So this week, we’re splitting the difference with some familiar favorites—fresh and bright enough for the end of summer, but with just a little bit of cozy sneaking in!

This Friday’s menu:

🍗 Spinach Artichoke Chicken — Tender chicken breast, slow cooked and diced before being topped with our house-made spinach artichoke dip, loaded with spinach and artichoke hearts. We top it with mozzarella and bake it until that golden brown cheese is hot and bubbly! And listen—I thought I was the only one, but I’ve had other Bliss patrons agree. This dip is so good you will want to lick the pan. Not naming names, but suffice it to say I’m not alone in this one! 😂

🍓 Strawberry Feta Salad — Fresh spinach with strawberries, feta and candied pecans, served with our homemade strawberry vinaigrette. Sweet, salty, crunchy, tangy… basically everything a salad should be. (Pecans can absolutely be left off for nut allergies!)

🥖 Parmesan Herb Toast Points — Buttered, fresh-baked French bread topped with our special blend of Parmesan and herbs, then broiled until perfectly crisp and ideal for dipping in any remaining Spin Dip…for those who don’t feel like licking the pan! 🤪😉

🍋 Meyer Lemon Bars — One of our most adored! First, we start with our soft, buttery homemade shortbread cookie crust, then layer it with a bright, sweet-tart Meyer lemon filling and finish it off with a dusting of powdered sugar. This sweet treat is like biting into a little piece of sunshine! ☀️

💜 Every once in a while, I lean into fan favorites to bring back the dishes you’ve already told us you LOVE—and this week, I decided to do just that!

🍝 Our featured entrée hasn’t made an appearance since my birthday menu back in June, and it’s been one of our most popular meals for years. And dessert? Well, let’s just say we’re bringing back possibly THE MOST-LOVED Bliss favorite that has developed quite the following of its own. 😂

So this week, we’re leaning all the way into tried, true, and ridiculously delicious comfort food!

🍝🧀🍅 Sloppy Bowties
Part Sloppy Joe, part mac & cheese, and with their powers combined, even better than either one on its own! Seasoned ground beef, tender bowtie pasta, diced tomatoes, and plenty of melty, cheesy goodness come together for a meal that has been a Bliss fan fave for years. It’s kid-approved, grown-up-adored, and one of those dishes that makes going back for just a little more dangerously easy. 😉

🥗 Fresh Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, crunchy croutons, and creamy Caesar dressing. Fresh, cool, and perfectly matched to our savory entree.

🍞🧈 Buttery Dinner Rolls
Soft, fluffy dinner rolls brushed with melted butter. Classic doesn’t have to mean boring - just warm, fluffy bread begging to be used to scoop up whatever cheesy goodness gets left behind, though we can’t promise you won’t have cleaned your plate first!

🥜🍫 Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss
Words fail.😍 Layers of rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter goodness come together in one of our most requested desserts of all time! Cool, creamy, decadent, and loaded with that classic chocolate-peanut-butter combination, this longtime favorite is FINALLY making another appearance. If you already know, you know. And if you don’t? This might be the week to find out. 😉

☺️ Sometimes, greatness means you don’t reinvent the wheel - you lean into the good things you’ve perfected. You bring back the favorites, let your favorite people unwind from the week, and give everyone a chance to enjoy the kind of comfort food that makes Friday night feel like a chance to exhale.

🕘 We anticipate orders being open through 9 PM Thursday. However, if we reach capacity before then, we will close orders early. Please check the top of this post for the latest updates!

🛻 FREE delivery in Omaha and the surrounding Metro areas including Fremont, Bellevue, Bennington, Gretna, Mead, Wahoo, Valley, Waterloo, Springfield, Blair, Plattsmouth, Yutan, Elkhorn, Papillion, Council Bluffs, Fort Calhoun, and most everywhere in between. Deliveries are Friday between 3:30 and 7:30, unless other arrangements are coordinated ahead of time.

🧊 We are happy to do porch delivery or place your meal in a garage fridge if needed. Meals can be refrigerated and enjoyed for up to 5 days or frozen to enjoy up to 6 months later.

☑️ We know different needs call for different sizes, so we have two options available! Our half ($40) is great for 4–5 servings. If you’re feeding a bigger crew or like having extras to enjoy over the weekend, our full ($57) is a great option with 6–8 servings.

💵 Payment is due upon order, please. We accept Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Facebook Pay, credit or debit cards, or cash at delivery for returning customers. Need to pay another day or use a different method? No worries—reach out and we can find a solution together.
