Here to serve your BakLOVING needs to make your next event a Bakla-BOMB!! Welcome to Brilliant Baklava LLC. Brilliant Baklava started in 2009 when someone challenged me to make baklava. I spent 17 years in restaurants always making and creating different recipes. My imagination has created many different recipes over the years with my Fabulous Five featured here. Each recipe contains 26 or more ingredients designed to create different experiences. My website BrilliantBaklava.com has my 5 master creation baklava listed. I am excited to share my proprietary creations as my business model grows and develops. Signature Triple Chocolate Baklava
Double White Chocolate Baklava
Caramel Apple Baklava
Dark Cherry Chocolate Baklava
SUGAR-FREE Caramel Dark Chocolate Baklava. I sold over 300 pieces of my Signature Triple Chocolate baklava the week before Christmas 2022 for family celebrations. After that, Brilliant Baklava LLC was born to become a company selling publicly. Thank you for being part of this journey and experiencing Baklava becoming Brilliant. God Bless Andy Smith

OPEN DOOR MISSION - ONE COMMUNITY COAT DRIVE. ❤️
Winter is coming — and while many of us are deciding which coat to pull out of the closet, some of our neighbors are facing the cold without one.

Happy Buddhas Asian Cuisine, Great Harvest Bread Company Omaha, NE, and Coffee Alley-Callejon del Cafe have joined Brilliant Baklava in supporting a community Coat Drive benefiting Open Door Mission, now through October 19.

We’re collecting clean, new or gently used:
• Winter coats
• Hats
• Gloves
• Scarves
For men, women and children.

Take a look through your closets. That coat, hat or pair of gloves you no longer use could mean warmth for someone who truly needs it this winter.

You can drop off donations at any of these three locations:
HAPPY BUDDHA’S ASIAN CUISINE — 3608 Twin Creek Dr. Bellevue
GREAT HARVEST BREAD (Rockbrook) 10916 Elm St. Omaha
COFFEE ALLEY — 7300 Harrison Ralston

A huge thank-you to these local businesses for opening their doors and helping make it easier for our community to support Open Door Mission.
Every donation matters. Every coat can help keep someone warm.

SPECIAL THANK YOU to New Image Dentistry and Sweeping Beauty Cleaning and Organization, LLC for your contribution also.❤️
