Today was an incredible event out at Mahoney State Park! 👨🏾‍🍳🔥

We were honored to be invited by the creators of the Anchovy App to join several other talented local chefs as they celebrated the launch of Anchovy 2.0—and let me tell you, this app is something special!

For today’s tasting menu, Freestyle Flavor’s Catering brought the heat with our Smoked Thai Chili–Soy Glazed Pork Belly and our Creamy Shrimp & Lobster Seafood Pasta Salad. Two dishes packed with flavor and made to showcase what we do!

A huge thank-you to the Anchovy team for having us and giving local chefs the opportunity to be part of this amazing experience. We’re excited to continue sharing our food, recipes, and culinary journey with you all.
