It was a concept developed out of a love for different ethnic foods, and that love helped create the menu we have today. With an open air ambience and the feel of a Louisiana Roadhouse, our founders, combined with their passions for Blues Music and Spicy Southern BBQ to create an award winning product and restaurant concept.
