I want to thank everyone for such amazing support! With the deepest appreciation you’ve helped me grow and learn over the years. We’ve met so many wonderful people in and outside of the gluten free community.

I started this business in the height of COVID lockdowns and built it from absolute nothing. I put my heart into it every single day. Through the ups and downs I pushed myself to do the best I could. We won awards, featured in news segments, got national recognition from a community of people who don’t get to enjoy a lot of food.

I struggle finishing this post as I feel I’m letting everyone who has enjoyed my restaurant down. The time has come to close the doors. It’s not a decision that I am wanting to come to, but the reality is just that.

So thank you all from the bottom of my heart , I sincerely appreciate the love and support you’ve shown. Hopefully our paths cross again!

You guys have cleaned us out today! Lunch was a wild time! Glad we could get your fix before the Husker game!

We will be closing at 5 tonight. We’ve got limited everything and are scraping the bottom of the barrel of most of our menu.

We can not thank you enough for the support the last few weeks. We are finally seeing the volume we need! Let’s keep it up.

New GF Potato bun from Rotellas.

I’m a fan. Springy. Not as gritty as the regular gf bun. Has some flavor to it instead of bland.

Holds together with the burger so far. Will update on a chicken sandwich.

We have access to them. They are individually wrapped. They are a little more than the other gf bun and will be $1.50.

Today until gone, you have the choice of the NEW GF POTATO BUN OR THE REGULAR GF BUN. We just ask for your feedback about the bun so we can decide if we want to offer it.
