We’re excited to announce two upcoming events that La Sierra Hotdogs was invited to be part of! 🌭🔥 We’d love to see everyone come out, have a good time and support us!

📍 Saturday, August 29
Our friends over at are hosting a completely FREE community event at 19th & Spring St.! There will be art, food, entertainment, face painting, a splash pad and more. The event runs from 2–10 PM, and La Sierra Hotdogs will be serving from 2–6 PM!

📍 Saturday, September 12
We’ll be back for our THIRD year at the Little Bo Backyard Bash! 🎉 Come enjoy live music, local beer, local art and plenty of food from 2–8 PM at 13th & William St. in the Dundee Bank parking lot. This event is also completely FREE, family-friendly and dog-friendly! 🐾

Come hungry and show some love to all the local businesses, artists and performers. We can’t wait to see you there! 🌭🧡

It breaks our hearts to even share this. If you’ve never visited Sheelytown Market, now is the time. Please stop by over the next few weeks and show them some love before they close their doors 😭

We’ve been incredibly lucky to have them as our neighbors. They are some of the kindest and supportive people we’ve met, and they’ll be deeply missed by our family.

Just a friendly reminder that La Sierra Restaurant will be taking our annual summer vacation during the month of July.

📅 LAST DAY OPEN: June 28, 2026
🏖️ CLOSED: June 28 – August 3
🎉 REOPENING: August 4, 2026

That means we only have 18 days left before we close for the season!

If you’ve been craving your favorite gorditas, burritos, quesadillas, margaritas, micheladas, or a family dinner at La Sierra, now is the time to stop by and see us before we head out for our summer break.

We want to sincerely thank all of our amazing customers for another incredible year of support. We appreciate every visit, every order, and every recommendation you give to your friends and family.

We’re sorry for the last minute notice, but La Sierra Restaurant will not be opening today due to our water heater being repaired. We will also be opening a little later than normal tomorrow while everything gets finished up.

Still not over yesterday 😭❤️ Thank you SO much to everyone who came out to and supported all the small businesses and vendors. Y’all seriously sold us OUTTTTT 🌭😂

Not only did the La Sierra Hotdog Truck completely run out, but La Sierra Restaurant got cleared out too 😭 the hotdogs were GONEEEE by mid day.

Big thank you to our friends at Dusk Goods & Drink Shop Idle for inviting us out and showing love 🫶 We truly appreciate being included in such a fun community event.

We say this all the time but we genuinely love our community so much. Please continue supporting local shops, local food spots, local vendors, and small businesses. It means more than people realize ❤️
