Supp bbs! That’s right, we do steaks now. This is our Ode to the Flatiron. The cafe before us actually served their steak frites on these same plates! Ours is a hand cut K.C. Strip Steak cooked Medium served with Fast Food Cut “Cali Style” Fries tossed with Raw Garlic, Parmesan & Parsley and a House Made Honey Oat Shokupan Dinner Roll! Only 35$ dudes. Sup bbs! Pickle boys ready to F**k!!!! See y’all for lunch today! Also, Achiote & ‘BANZO Tofu back!!! ALSO, we haven’t talked about it much, but now everything in the Restaurant is made from Scratch. We now do Handcut Fries in our special Fry Seasoning, NO MORE FROZEN FRIES!!!! Can’t wait to see all y’all!!! Also we got so many dope specials planned for this week. Thursday- Rigatoni Bolognese with roasted Garlic Bread/ Thursday- Sunday- Blackened or Fried USA Farm Raised Catfish Po’ Boi on our House Made Baguette with Pickled Watermelon, Rouille, Iceberg, Shaved Whole Lemons and Heirloom Tomato, Shaved Ice Berg/ Friday-Sunday- K.C. Yo yo yo! Sup bbs! Man, what a great week. We took some time off as yall know, this summer has been the biggest of our time here at Dirty Birds. Like crazy, we have become that place that the line goes 40 deep before we open, we couldn’t be more grateful. We’ve done some hiring and took a lil time to recharge and hang with the family. So with that said we back on our ish….. so stay tuned for some dope things coming up, and if you got a sick ride and or have put together car shows in the past DM and let’s do this, seeing a bunch of dope rides in-front of the Flatiron Building is something we’ve always wanted to do (and the birds have got some bangers)!
