Join Dan at the 1889 Prime Steakhouse in Olympia WA on Tuesday September 29th for an exciting Winemaker Dinner featuring five outstanding Foolhardy wines. Drew MacEwen, Chef Joe and Maรฎtre D Will Edwards will be hosting Dan and serving a specially prepared menu to marry with our wines.

Looking for a chance to talk with a winemaker about his philosophy, approach and style? This will be a great evening to attend. In addition to Foolhardy, Dan has been the US representative of Tonnellerie Cavin, a highly regarded French cooperage located in Burgundy for the last sixteen years. He also was an editor at the Wine Specator for nine years. So, if you have any question about wine and the wine-world, Dan has a fantastic perspective.
