Salmon 101! Our first in a series of educational events! Chef Mike will demonstrate how to process wild-caught salmon.

Chef Mike will prepare the salmon for you to enjoy with specially selected wines paired to enhance the experience. You will also receive recipes to take home.

It’s an interactive dining experience that is uniquely Chelsea Farms!

The cost is $75 per person, with a $25 deposit that will go toward your final tab.
