Overview
We’re looking for an experienced barista with a MINIMUM of 1+ years in a drive-thru coffee environment to join our fast-paced team. This is a semi entry-level position—we are a very busy stand and need someone who thrives under pressure, moves with urgency, and takes pride in crafting quality drinks quickly and consistently.
You’ll need open availability (weekdays + weekends, mornings + afternoons), but your schedule will be consistent week-to-week.

What You’ll Do
Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with speed and consistency
Deliver friendly, upbeat, and efficient customer service at all times
Accurately take and fulfill orders in a fast-paced drive-thru setting
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
Handle cash and transactions accurately
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 years of drive-thru barista experience (required)
Strong knowledge of coffee drinks, milk steaming, and drink customization
Ability to work quickly and efficiently during high-volume rushes
Positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Basic math skills and cash handling experience
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
