We are thrilled to offer our best ever, deluxe LPM Charcuterie Box! Each box includes ALL of the following special items we have carefully curated and/or made in-house. The selection is unique and exciting - all items are individually packaged and have a very long shelf life refrigerated, so not only is this the perfect spread for Thanksgiving festivities, but also an excellent choice that will keep well to be enjoyed for the weeks ahead, too! You will notice there are a few ร la carte items that can be added on (or ordered independently) - please note that the Duck Liver Mousse and the Duck Prosciutto are extremely limited!
LPM DELUXE CHARCUTERIE BOX
GARROTXA GOAT CHEESE: Garrotxa is a traditional, semi-firm Catalan goat cheese from Northern Spain. Almost extinct by the early 1980s, it has been revived by a young cheesemakers and goat farmers' cooperative in the Garrotxa area of Catalonia. The revival began in 1981, and the cheese has since become widespread in artisanal production.
SAINT ANGEL TRIPLE CREAM CHEESE: Made in the Massif du Pilat (Rhone-Alps region), France, this pasteurized cowโs milk cheese comes from Fromagerie Guilloteau. Saint Angel Triple Crรจme is a bloomy rind cheese with a creamy ivory paste tasting of warm, salted butter that melts on the tongue.
CHAOURCE CHEESE: Made in the town of the same name since the early 14th century, Chaource is the most famous artisanal cheese from the Champagne region of France. This decadent cheese is delicious at any stage of ripeness and has a slight mushroom scent with a rich, creamy flavor. It is not dissimilar to Brie or Camembert, but it has an even creamier texture, especially when aged.
GRANA PADANO CHEESE: Grana Padano is a hard, straw-colored cheese with a delicate taste and sweet, nutty flavor. It is very versatile but we love it crumbled into rustic pieces with charcuterie.
BLACK TRUFFLE SEA SALT SALAMI: This salami is made with Italian black truffles, high quality sea salt and wine- a true respect to the greatest fungi on earth. Made with 100% humanely raised pork by Elevation Artisan Meats of Denver, CO.
ITALIAN DRY SALAME: Molinari & Sons has been making salame in San Francisco since 1896. Italian Dry Salame is their straightforward classic. Dry-cured with a hint of black pepper, it's a salame that everyone can love. Finely minced in texture and mild but flavorful.
"BEER GARDEN" BELGIAN ALE & LEMON ZEST SALAMI: This pork salami is inspired by the great beer gardens in Belgium and Germany, where ales are garnished with lemon wedges. Made with a citrus-forward belgian ale to give the salami a tangy and malty vibe along with lemon zest and a hint of ginger add brightness to this new American classic.
FRIED MARCONA ALMONDS: Spanish marcona almonds lightly fried in olive oil and salted with Maldon sea salt flakes.
OLIVE TAPENADE: A balanced and bright mix of Kalamata and Mt. Athos olives roughly chopped with capers, garlic, peppers and spices.
TANGERINE & CHILI MARINATED GREEN OLIVES: These are a highly addictive, house favorite! Buttery green olives marinated with dried tangerine slices and spicy red chili peppers - a little spicy, a little sweet!
ROASTED GARLIC CLOVES: tender, California garlic cloves roasted with aromatic herbs until soft, mellow, sweet & caramelized.
CAPER BERRIES: Caper Berries are the blossomed fruit from the caper plant. They are pickled, with a taste similar to olivesโa Mediterranean delicacy.
DWARF PEACHES W/ BLACK TRUFFLE: Dwarf peaches are packed with black truffles, whose aroma they completely soak up. They are deliciously crunchy with a slight taste of young, green pickled peach with black truffle.
SOUR CHERRY PRESERVES: Sweet and tart ruby cherry preserves that is a perfect accompaniment to the cheese selection.
COUNTRY LOAF BREAD: Our LPM signature bread in a large 32 oz loaf.
FENNEL CRACKERS: Rustic olive oil crackers with fennel.
PISTACHIO & APRICOT CROSTINI: Crispy crostini crackers with roasted pistachios and chewy, tart apricots.
MADELEINES: Classic, petite French butter sponge cakes.
SALTED CARAMELS: Zoe's chewy, buttery, salted caramels!

DUCK LIVER MOUSSE W/ CORNICHON & BAGUETTE $28
DUCK MAGRET PROSCIUTTO $42/breast: Luxurious take on the classic Italian prosciutto that is rich and flavorful! Duck magret specifically refers to the duck breast of ducks reared for foie gras, and these beauties are from Moulard ducks, a large and hearty bird with a broad breast layered with a nice layer of succulent fat. The breasts are seasoned with sea salt, star anise, all spice and orange peel, and then dry-cured. Slice super thinly on the diagonal, and serve as part of a charcuterie platter along with some cheeses, nuts and fruits. For cooking, this is fantastic used just like regular prosciutto, so wrap it around asparagus or meats, then take to the grill. Chop it up and add it to salads for a salty-fat twist or drape it over some fresh melon for a twist on the Italian โprosciutto e meloneโ.

Pre-order reservations are accepted by Zoe via text or call at 360-790-7374. Curbside pickup is this Saturday 11/20 from 1:00-3:00 at LPM. If you already have an order placed for Thanksgiving curbside pickup on 11/24, you are welcome to add this order on to that pickup instead.
