North Coast Tuna - stardust/sesame seared albacore (medium rare), comes w avocado/citrus arugula muse, creamy mashed potatoes, sautéed fresh veggies & citrus beurre blanc $34
Rockfish and Shrimp Francaise - an Italian version of a French recipe with Oregon ingredients - the fresh local rock, is egg batter dipped & pan sautéed w/ veggies, topped with shrimp &, comes w creamy mashed potatoes, sautéed fresh veggies & citrus beurre blanc $29
Cioppino– San Francisco style seafood stew w/an ocean of seafood in tomato/tuna broth, w roasted vegetables, & potatoes, sweet pepper aioli & crostini $30
Oregon King Salmon –this evening’s preparation features the salmon sautéed with a red grape, pinot noir, lime, maple reduction -- simply sublime, comes with mashed potatoes, sautéed fresh veggies & lemon butter $34
Black Angus Beef - grilled 10 oz. black angus beef steak, served with mashed potatoes, sautéed fresh veggies, mushroom bone broth demi glace and crostini $34
Vegetable Pasta Agliolio – a garden of fresh sautéed veggies and lime, evo, herbs, spices, & parmesan cheese combined with pasta, served with crostini & arugula muse $23 (add shrimp + $3.50)
Pasta Bolognaise - sautéed lean black angus ground beef, garlic, herbs & onions in a savory red sauce served on pasta w/ crostini $24
Crunchy Oregon Coast Shrimp Roll – light summer dinner - this toasted roll is packed with Oregon shrimp, & veggie salad, lettuce, sliced cucumber & sweet red pepper aioli comes with mashed potatoes, & sautéed fresh veggies $24
Vosburger – Wheeler’s own ½ lb Black Angus beef burger grilled your way, on a toasted roll w/lettuce & sweet red pepper aioli comes with mashed potatoes and veggies $20

Summer Fruit Crisp, Oregon berries & citrus infused fuji apples hold center stage with an oat/butter/brown sugar topping, served warm, comes with marionberry sauce and ginger whipped cream $9
Chocolate Decadence – “what it is,” lovely dark Belgian chocolate, in a dense delicious wedge, served with marionberry sauce $8 (gluten free)
Passionfruit/lime Tart – these little beauties are a taste of tart and sweet on a graham cracker crust that will remind you of warm Caribbean breezes $7
