The Olympia Farmer’s market location was built in the style of the walk-up cafes of Italy, making it perfect for those who work in the area or stop in before perusing the Farmer’s Market. ats® was founded in 1988, before the coffeehouse boom of the Pacific Northwest. Our goal of bringing the best coffee to our customers led us to expand from a single coffee bar to a wholesale coffee roaster with multiple coffee bars. Through the years, our business has increased, but our mission to offer the best tasting coffee hasn't changed. Now whether through online shopping or at coffee shops all over the world, customers enjoy fresh and wonderful tasting Dancing Goats®. We offer a large variety of espresso and non-espresso drinks. Our customer's favorites are lattes, drip coffee, and mochas. Some of our adventurous customers swear by our Rootdowns. The iced beverage is a hit in the warmer months. We also offer a plethora of fresh-made pastries, including quiche, cookies, pumpkin bread, and other assortments of yummy snacks, all made locally in the Pacific Northwest. Although we do have indoor and outdoor seating areas that can be used for small business meetings or meetups with friends, our Olympia Farmer's market location was built in the style of the walk-up cafes of Italy.
