Raspberry sorbet and orange sponge cake wrapped in meringue, lightly toasted and finished with a raspberry coulee.

Heirloom Caprese con Burrata
Heirloom tomato, basil and fresh burrata mozzarella nestled on a bed of mixed greens, toasted pine nuts and aged balsamic reduction.

Scallops & Sprouts
